Delivery time

Your order will be delivered to the address you specified in your personal profile.
Normally the delivery time to your local collection point is 3-5 working days.
In some areas, as well as for goods delivered by the rural postal service, it will take a day extra.

Collection in shop

You collect your order at our showroom in Stockholm. From the day of order we reserve your order for five days.

Security of delivery

When the package is despatched we send a mail with the package reference number, so you can keep track of your package. If the package takes more than fourteen days to arrive, it is your responsibility, with your reference number, to investigate what has happened to the package. If the despatch note is sent out from your local post office you can collect the package with the reference number and identification. Items that are out of stock will not be delivered. With overseas orders Snoot.se will not be responsible for the transportation outside Sweden.

Damage in transit

If you notice on receipt that the package is visibly damaged you should not accept it. Make a claim directly to Posten at your local collection point and ask them to send the package straight back to SNOOT, and write the reason for returning the package on it. Then contact customer support at Snoot and report the details.

Uncollected items

You have up to two weeks to collect your parcel after the order is made. If you do not collect your package within this time it will be automatically returned to Snoot and a note will be made in our customer directory that you will not be permitted to make further orders. For uncollected items that are returned to Snoot you, as a customer, will be invoiced 350SEK. Unpaid invoices will be forwarded to collection agencies. We collaborate with the police concerning forgery.

Force Majeur

In the event of war or similar occurrences, civil strife, revolution, uprising, martial law, strikes, lockout, blockade, natural catastrophes or any similar occurrences Snoot.se will invoke force majeur, which means that this agreement will not have to be fulfilled in part or in full. If this occurs, we will try to notify the customer of the situation.

Means of payment

At present we offer two different means of payment. You can read more below.

Payment by card - Pay on-line and avoid extra costs.     

In conjunction with Auriga e-payment we offer card transactions at our internet shop. When you have chosen what to purchase you can choose payment by credit or debit card. You will be obliged to fill in card number, expiry date and the security code on the back of the card. All information exchange is encrypted in an unreadable form, which protects the information from outside view and is unavailable to anyone else. You can shop for no more than 20,000SEK per purchase.


Payment by card – Collect in showroom, (not internet store)

Make the order as usual and cross the alternative to collect in showroom. It will be packed and sent to our showroom the same day. You will pay upon collection at the showroom. No freight charge or extra payments will occur. • You have 5 days to collect your package before it will be returned to our depot. • You must bring your order number upon collection for us to identify the correct order.

Order notice
When you have finalised your purchase you will automatically be sent a confirmation order to the e-mail address you have registered in your customer account

 Please Note
• If you use Hotmail or other e.mail servers see that your junk mail filter is set to low, otherwise you will not receive our e-mails
• You can also log onto your personal page to check if your order has gone through and also to order a new notice of delivery
• It is your responsibility as a customer to contact snoot.se if you do not receive a notice via the post, e-mail or sms after the purchased orders have been sent out.

Returns and Exchanges. Customers within Sweden have full right of return within 7 days. 

In case of exchange or return, you will pay for the return freight, and SNOOT will not refund any shipment or payment costs. In the instance of a quality claim due to damaged or faulty products, we will refund what you have paid, including the freight cost.

In the instance of any returns and/or disputes we follow Swedish law.

Return Freight If you need to return a product, please contact us first.

Please note that you as a customer are responsible for the goods until reach us, which is why it is important for you to keep the tracking number.

Payment refund. In the instance of a return we will refund your payment, from which the freight cost will be deducted, as described above. Any payment costs relating to the purchase will not be refunded. We will refund your payment to your bank account as soon as we have received the product back and confirmed that it isunused and in its original condition.

Quality claims. You have the right to claim and return a product. If it is broken or if the wrong product has been delivered by us. A defect caused by normal usage does not entitle the purchaser to quality claim rights.

We do not accept quality claims on products more than 1 year after the purchasing date.

Please contact us at info@snoot.se and explain the reason of the claim. Please attach pictures of the faulty product; it makes it easier to judge the claim.

A return due to wrong product or colour is only accepted within 30 days from the purchasing date. After we have accepted the validity of the claim we will send you a return waybill to return the product free of charge.

When we have received and approved the claim we will do one of following:

1. If the product can be repaired, we will repair it and return it to you. We will pay for the shipment. 2. If the product is not repairable, we will send you a new product. We will pay for the shipment. 3. If the product is not repairable and sold out we will refund you for the product

Non-collected deliveries A package will be kept at the delivery hub for 14 days. If you do not collect it is returned to us, we will charge you for the costs that have arisen - 300SEK within Sweden, 50:- EUR in Europe and 60:- EUR in rest of the world.

Personal data. According to Swedish law, we have to ask for your approval to handle your personal data.

All the information you give us, or that we obtain through your visit to our site will be handled by SNOOT in accordance with our responsibility for personal data. The information will be used solely to enable us to fulfil our business responsibilities to you and for marketing purposes. SNOOT will not provide your personal data to a 3rd party for marketing purposes without your agreement. If the personal data is incorrect or irrelevant you have the right to request for it to be corrected or deleted.

Safe payment We cooperate with SEB, which provides a card payment service via their partner, an authorised online payment service provider. The transaction of credit card data is encrypted. Snoot does not store any credit card data.

3Dsecure is a technique developed by VISA to verify that the person using a card for a purchase is also the holder of the card. Payment at SNOOT the web shop is supported by 3Dsecure.
