When will my order be shipped?
Returns and Exchanges
Items returned within 14 days from the original delivery date in the same condition as when they were received are eligible for a full refund, store credit, or exchange. Please note that it may take 3-4 business days for funds to be returned to your bank account once the refund has been processed. The return is free of charge.

In the case of suspected manufacturing defects, such as broken seams or a faulty zipper, there may be grounds to exercise your warranty rights. We adhere to the recommendations of the Consumer Agency, which grants consumers the right to seek compensation within 3 years from the date of delivery.
